If we receive an order before 12.00am Monday - Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day. (Subject to stock availability). We use a selection of different services to get products delivered to our customers. Generally we will use Royal Mail for the bulk of small items, if the product is large or high in value we will use UPS. All mail orders will be sent via a tracked service which will be confirmed on email containing your tracking number. We aim to have your order delivered within one to two days, however items dispatched via Royal Mail can take up to 3-5 days to arrive. Delivery times are beyond our control.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it or there is a problem with your delivery then please don't hesitate to give us a call on +44 (0)1606 46060. We will then work with the courier to ensure a delivery day is provided.
If you are unlucky enough to receive damaged or faulty goods or you would like to return an item please see our Returns Page for the best ways in which to proceed.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a credit or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can contact us using the contact form on our contact us page. We will then instruct you as to how to return the goods or arrange a collection. You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and we request that you return them along with the original packaging.
We are more than happy to exchange an unwanted item, provided it is returned unused, in it's original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All component parts must be included. We cannot issue postage refunds in such circumstances.
You must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the reason for return, so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item is well packaged and to cover the cost of return to us. A postage refund will be issued.
You must use recorded or special delivery as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit.

- PayPal Express Checkout service provided by world’s leader in online payments. This payment method may be suitable for those customers who use their Paypal account for making payments online. Making payment via Paypal Express Checkout, you are being transferred to your Paypal account, so no need to provide your payment information to us to complete your order.
Note: We do not keep any of your payment information on our servers, but only securely transfer it encrypted to verified payment authorities, mentioned above. This ensures, that your payment information cannot be stolen or used by anyone at our side.
